Install VinnerVi Subtitles
Manual installation for Chrome, Edge, and Chromium-based browsers.

- Download and unzip the file to a permanent folder (e.g.,
Documents/VinnerVi). Don't delete this folder — Chrome reads from it.
- Open
chrome://extensions in your address bar.
- Turn on Developer mode (toggle in the top-right corner).
- Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.
- The VinnerVi icon appears in your toolbar. Pin it for easy access.
Note: Chrome may show a "Disable developer mode extensions" popup on launch. Just click the X to dismiss — the extension works normally.

edge://extensions in your address bar.
- Turn on Developer mode (toggle in the bottom-left).
- Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.
- The VinnerVi icon appears in your toolbar. Pin it for easy access.
- Download and unzip the file to a permanent folder.
- Open your browser's extension management page (usually in Settings → Extensions).
- Enable Developer mode if available.
- Click Load unpacked (or equivalent) and select the unzipped folder.
Supported browsers: Any Chromium-based browser — Brave, Vivaldi, Opera, 360 Browser, QQ Browser, Arc, etc.
Updating the Extension
To update, download the latest zip, replace the files in your folder, then go to the extensions page and click the reload button on the VinnerVi card.
