Refund Policy

Effective date: March 3, 2026

Failed Jobs

If a translation job fails due to a service error on our side, the credits debited for that job are automatically refunded to your account. No action is required on your part.

To prevent unnecessary resource usage, each video URL is limited to 5 failed attempts per hour per translation mode (Full Audio Translation or Subtitle Translation), shared across all users. If a video repeatedly fails, it typically means the video cannot be processed (e.g. age-restricted, geo-blocked, or otherwise unavailable). Credits from all failed attempts are refunded automatically.

Purchased Credits

Credit purchases are final. We do not offer monetary refunds for purchased credits except where required by applicable law.

Because credits are consumed immediately upon job submission, we encourage you to start with the free trial credits to confirm the service meets your needs before purchasing.

Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have a concern about a transaction, please contact us at support@vinnervi.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe handles billing, tax compliance, and payment disputes on our behalf.
